We take pride in offering all our customers great service. All of our prescription frames are custom-made to order by our laboratory in the UK to ensure crystal-clear vision.
1. Delivery Timescale & Costs
We currently ship to UK addresses only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

2. Production Information
Because your glasses are custom-made to your prescription, delivery varies depending on complexity. We will send your specs as soon as our laboratory has finished customising your lenses and fitting them to your new frame.
- Standard Orders: Most orders are dispatched within 4–7 working days.
- Complex Orders: Higher prescriptions or special coatings may take up to 10–14 working days.
- Quality Guarantee: To us, it's more important to deliver a high-quality job that is perfect rather than sacrifice quality for speed.

4. Delivery FAQs
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your glasses are dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail Tracked 48 number so you can follow the delivery to your door.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. At this time, HD Eyes Ltd exclusively serves customers within the United Kingdom.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, HD Eyes Ltd will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at hdeyesdirect@gmail.com immediately for help.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Is the shipping fee refundable?
If you return your glasses under our 14-day "Change of Mind" guarantee, we will refund the original £4.95 shipping fee. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our Telford premises. Refunds will only be made on receipt of goods.
